We aim to dispatch all approved prescriptions as quickly and safely as possible. All medicines are packed discreetly and sent using trackable delivery services.
Delivery options
- Standard UK delivery: usually 2–3 working days after dispatch.
- Express delivery: usually next working day for orders approved before the cut-off time.
Dispatch times
Orders are only dispatched once your consultation has been reviewed and approved by a prescribing clinician and the pharmacy has clinically checked the prescription.
Delivery issues
If your order has not arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the courier. If a parcel is lost in transit, we will work with you and the courier to resolve this.
