For safety and regulatory reasons, we are unable to accept returns of any prescription medication. Once dispensed, medicines cannot be re-sold or re-used.
If you have any unwanted or unused medication, please take it to your local pharmacy where it can be disposed of safely and appropriately.
Cancellations
If you have placed an order for products to be delivered by post, you may cancel your order up until the point at which your prescription is accepted by the pharmacy.
Please note: Once a prescription item has been accepted by the pharmacy, any cancellation will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Returns (Non-Emergency Issues)
We hope you are satisfied with any medication you receive from us. However, you may be entitled to a refund if the medication you receive is:
- Not as described
- Damaged or faulty
In these cases, we will refund the price of the medication. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any delivery charges you may have paid.
Refunds will be made to the same credit or debit card used for the original purchase. If the card you used has expired by the time we process your refund, please contact us so we can update your payment details and complete the refund.
